Decjuba Chatswood is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building the DREAMTEAM and delivering AMAZING customer service from day one.

This hands-on role focuses on store standards, team development, and leadership in a fast-moving environment. You will lead by example, create an inclusive culture, and drive performance while you mentor your DREAMTEAM through hands-on and virtual training.

• Experience leading teams in a mid‑to‑large retail business.
• Strong visuals in merchandising and customer service.
