Job summary

Decjuba is seeking a Part Time Assistant Store Manager for the DFO Perth site to elevate store performance. You’ll support the Store Manager on the floor, lead the DREAMTEAM through busy trade, and drive outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers growth in leadership, hands-on coaching, and a chance to shape in-store culture. You’ll collaborate with regional management to deliver the DECJUBA standard of energy, style, and service while maintaining flexibility

Qualifications

• Experience in leading medium to large retail teams.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to coach and develop staff on the floor.
• Experience in visual merchandising preferred.
