At DECJUBA in Hurstville, we are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager and elevate store performance. You will coach and develop the DREAMTEAM, oversee daily operations, and ensure every customer enjoys an AMAZING experience through strong leadership and hands-on training.

You’ll drive visual merchandising and styling, contribute to growth initiatives, and help spearhead a new chapter for our Australian-owned brand while maintaining flexibility for work-life
