Job summary

DECJUBA is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Hurstville store. You will work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive visual merchandising excellence.

You’ll be coaching and developing the DREAMTEAM, managing in-store operations, and supporting training both hands-on and virtually in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a medium to large retail business.
• Strong visual merchandising and styling skills.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to lead by example and drive customer experiences.
