Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets Calliope store is seeking a motivated leader to head the fruit & veg department on a permanent part-time basis. You will report to the Fruit & Veg Manager and be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, placing orders, and conducting stock takes.

The role offers on-the-job training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career progression within a large independent grocer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fruit & veg team is desirable.
• Ability to create rosters and manage stock takes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

About This Opportunity

Our Calliope store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and assist leading the store's fruit & veg department. Reporting directly to the Fruit & Veg Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
