Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated leader to head the Fruit & Veg department. You will manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders and oversee stock takes within a dynamic store environment.

Reporting to Store Manager, you will drive excellent customer service, coaching, and hands-on leadership to uphold Drakes’ standards across one of Australia’s largest independent grocers.

• Fresh food retail knowledge is desired.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!
