Job summary

Whittens is recruiting 2/1 FIFO FRP Superintendents with extensive experience in large-scale FRP infrastructure and underground tunnel lining projects, to positively influence delivery and culture on iconic NSW works.

To succeed, you will lead self-perform FRP programs, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with site leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes while enjoying a generous salary package, site uplifts, and benefits across a long-term role in NSW.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years+ experience as a Superintendent and/or Construction Manager overseeing self-perform FRP infrastructure projects.
• Underground/ Tunnel lining infrastructure experience - highly regarded
• Experience with Civil Contractor environment a must
• Experience with DOKA / Travelling Formwork systems - an advantage
• Excellent planning, monitoring and documentation skills
• Demonstrated safety and environmental leadership behaviour
• Self-starter with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale FRP infrastructure projects on FIFO rotations.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained on site.
• Collaborate with leaders and project teams to drive timely delivery and culture
