Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up evidence interviews and verification activities with Jobcentre and Service Centre colleagues.
• Verify documents for identification, housing costs, children and childcare costs within Universal Credit claims.
• Participate in review meetings to bring in evidence relating to a claim.
• Provide regular feedback on fraud trends to risk and intelligence teams.
• Lead customer education sessions to explain responsibilities and consequences of non-compliance.
• Maintain accurate management information as directed by analysts and performance teams.
