Mallee District Aboriginal Services in Swan Hill, VIC, seeks an Administration Officer ICT & Media to provide first-level technology support across Swan Hill and outreach locations. You will assist with onboarding, ICT asset maintenance and media coordination.

The role combines tech and administrative duties, with travel to Mildura and outreach sites. A relevant IT qualification and strong customer service are valued assets.

Formación

• Experience providing first-level IT or service desk support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows devices and office technology.
• Strong organisation and administration skills.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to explain technology clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Desirable: information technology qualification or admin/media coordination experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first level ICT support for Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobiles, printers and meeting room technology.
• Log, triage and resolve ICT requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Support the Media team with project tracking, approvals, documentation and deadlines.
• Liaise with staff, managers and external providers to support ICT and media activities.
• Collaborate with Mildura ICT and Media teams.
