Qualifications

• Proven administrative support experience in a clinical or health environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality confidential admin support to the Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team.
• Assist with data reporting, clinic preparation, referral management and appointment scheduling.
• Support Medicare claiming processes and fleet car management as required.
• Utilise CIMHA, Office 365 and HBCIS to perform daily tasks efficiently.
