Job summary

Far West NSW Local Health District in Broken Hill is seeking a BI Clerk Grade 3 to provide timely administrative/transactional services for the assigned work Unit, Units or Health Facility. The role is Permanent Full Time, 38 hours per week, offering a salary of $74,581.96 to $76,958.69 plus super and a supportive rural health team.

What you'll be doing

Provide timely and accurate administrative/transactional services for the assigned work Unit, Units or Health Facility.

• Undertake administrative tasks including but not limited totyping of letters/policies, faxing, collecting medicalrecords, telephone calls, mailing, filing, recordcompilation, calendar bookings, data entry and filing, producingreports and correspondence to internal and externalstakeholders.
• Undertake office administration and management duties, maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and othersupplies.
• Provide administrative assistance to meetings, includingscheduling, agenda and document collation, and minutecreation and dissemination.
