Brisbane City Periodontics & Implants in Brisbane CBD/Upper Mount Gravatt is seeking a Dental Receptionist. This full-time role offers a nine-day fortnight with no weekend shifts and involves learning the practice systems, patient processes and specialist workflow.

You will manage patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, calls, recalls and health fund processing while receiving training on Ultimo Dental software.

Qualifications

• 12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Dental experience is not essential.
• Initial training in Ultimo Dental software will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn practice systems, patient processes and specialist workflow.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out; appointment scheduling and diary management.
• Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries; recall and hygiene coordination.
• Process health fund claims, payments and patient records.
• End-of-day banking and reconciliation; support reception coordination for a practitioner.
