Job summary

RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria’s Yarra Valley is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily Front Office operations, lead the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless reception, reservations and guest services across a busy property.

The role suits someone with 1-2 years in Front Office or Guest Services, plus leadership potential, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' Front Office/Guest Services experience.
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in a 4-5 star club/hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Opera PMS experience highly regarded.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong administration, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the Front Office department.
• Lead and coach the Front Office team to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Assist with reception, reservations and guest enquiries.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms and services are delivered smoothly.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with RACV policies and SOPs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and safety.
