About the Opportunity
In this role as a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, leading by example and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to members and guests at all times. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will supervise and support the Front Office team across reception, reservations and guest services while contributing to a seamless guest experience and the achievement of departmental objectives.

As a Front Office Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office department
Leading, coaching and supporting the Front Office team to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences
Assisting with reception, reservations, guest enquiries and operational administration
Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms, requests and service standards are delivered seamlessly
Resolving guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
Ensuring compliance with RACV policies, procedures and standard operating practices
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery
Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to all Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirements
What you'll need to be successful
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Front Office, Reception or Guest Services role
Previous supervisory or leadership experience, or the ability to step into a leadership role
Experience within a 4-5 star club, hotel or resort environment, with Opera PMS experience highly regarded
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Confidence in resolving guest enquiries, concerns and service issues professionally
A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with Housekeeping and other departments
Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one upon commencement
