Job summary

RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria's Yarra Valley is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including reception, reservations and guest services. You will supervise the Front Office team, deliver exceptional member and guest experiences, and work closely with Housekeeping and other departments.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years in Front Office or guest services, prior supervisory experience, and a passion for outstanding

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Front Office, Reception or Guest Services role.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience, or the ability to step into a leadership role.
  • Experience within a 4-5 star club, hotel or resort environment, with Opera PMS experience highly regarded.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confidence in resolving guest enquiries, concerns and service issues professionally.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with Housekeeping and other departments.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one upon commencement.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office department

  • Assisting with reception, reservations, guest enquiries and operational administration
  • Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms, requests and service standards are delivered seamlessly
  • Resolving guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with RACV policies, procedures and standard operating practices
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery
  • Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to all Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirements

About the Opportunity

In this role as a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, leading by example and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to members and guests at all times. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will supervise and support the Front Office team across reception, reservations and guest services while contributing to a seamless guest experience and the achievement of departmental objectives.

As a Front Office Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
