Job summary

RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, lead the team across reception, reservations and guest services, and ensure exceptional service for members and guests. The role works closely with the Front Office Manager to uphold standards and drive a seamless guest experience.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years in Front Office or Guest Services, supervisory experience, and familiarity with Opera

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Front Office, Reception or Guest Services role.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, or the ability to step into a leadership role.
• Experience within a 4-5 star club, hotel or resort environment, with Opera PMS experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office department.
• Leading, coaching and supporting the Front Office team to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Assisting with reception, reservations, guest enquiries and operational administration.
• Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms, requests and service standards are delivered seamlessly.
• Resolving guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with RACV policies, procedures and standard operating practices.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to all Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirements.
