Job summary

Accor is seeking a Front Office Supervisor at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour to lead the front desk team, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will mentor staff, optimise operations, and coordinate with other departments to uphold service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, hotel operations experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays in a premium harbourside setting in Sydney.

Purpose

As the Front Office Supervisor, your responsibility is to craft unforgettable experiences throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will inspire and guide your Front Office team, ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take the helm and guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
• Lead the Front Office Team like a mentor, nurturing growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere
• Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise
• Contribute to roster planning and preparation

Skills And Experience

• A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
• Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills
• Masterful in the art of communication, both written and spoken
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
