Job summary

Square Capital | 時石證券 seeks a Senior Relationship Manager / VP to lead front-office client growth in Sydney. You will acquire, manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients and institutional investors, delivering bespoke capital markets solutions across equities, fixed income and structured products.

You will work with Research, Sales Trading, Product, Operations and Risk to ensure seamless execution, strong client service and revenue growth in a competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in client acquisition and relationship management in financial services.
• Ability to build credibility with sophisticated clients and drive revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation and regulatory awareness.
• Proactive, client-focused approach with opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, corporates and institutions.
• Understand client objectives, liquidity, risk and portfolio needs.
• Identify opportunities from asset allocation and capital deployment.
• Deliver market insights and bespoke capital markets solutions.
• Collaborate with Research, Sales Trading, Product, Ops and Risk.
• Drive adoption of Shares, derivatives, ETF, fixed income and structured products.
• Develop coverage plans to grow AUM and trading activity.
• Explore financing, options and family wealth opportunities.
• Maintain regular client engagement and high service standards.
• Complete KYC/AML and onboarding per regulations.
