Northern Trust Asset Management is seeking a seasoned Front Office Support professional to drive day-to-day operations and oversee the Aladdin IBOR ecosystem. The role partners with global operations teams to ensure seamless portfolio management and trading support.

You will participate in client onboarding, change management, and risk and regulatory programs while enabling strategic growth through process improvements and automation. Hybrid workplace with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Global Asset Management or Asset Servicing.
• Proven ability to lead transformational change in a fast-growing unit.
• Strong multi-tasking in a hybrid, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relation skills.
• Knowledge of front-office support, operations and risk controls.

Responsabilités

• Execute day-to-day Front Office Support activities and oversee Aladdin IBOR and Investment Operations.
• Coordinate with global Front Office Support and other Investment Operations teams.
• Support onboarding, client changes, custodians, FX, brokers and cash flow activities.
• Provide operational support to Investment, Product and Distribution teams.
• Lead local implementation of strategic initiatives and target operating models.
• Drive process improvement through automation and AI tools.
• Support risk programs including RCSA, BCP and audits.
• Escalate issues and partner with Portfolio Management and Trading to resolve them.
