Job summary

The Aquarium in Sydney is seeking an Aladdin Implementation Lead to drive the operating model for a major middle office transition. The role sits in Sydney CBD with hybrid work and offers a long-term engagement.

You will translate design into practical procedures, embed operational responsibilities, and prepare training and UAT for go-live. Key requirements include deep Aladdin experience, end-to-end middle office background, and strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Aladdin experience supporting public markets assets and middle office services.
• Strong end-to-end middle office background, ideally gained in-house at an asset manager or super fund.
• Solid knowledge of the trade lifecycle: matching, custody settlement and corporate actions.
• Experience working with custodians on voluntary elections and cash reconciliation.
• Onboarding organisations onto Aladdin including operating model definition, workflow design, training and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Translate the high-level operating model design into practical, documented procedures and workflows.
• Define the separation of the middle office function and embed the associated operational responsibilities.
• Build training resources and support UAT ahead of go-live.
• Work closely with custodians and internal stakeholders across the trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlement and corporate actions.
• Manage voluntary elections and cash recording within the Aladdin book of records.
