Job summary

Stamford Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager in Glenelg, Adelaide. You will oversee daily Front Office operations, lead by example, and drive service excellence while supporting and developing the Front Office team.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure seamless guest experiences, manage rostering, and collaborate across departments to maximise venue profitability in a premium hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Strong hotel management experience in a premium environment.
• Proven ability to drive operations and guest satisfaction.
• Experience with hotel booking systems (Opera) desirable.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and guest interactions to ensure service excellence.
• Lead by example and develop Front Office team through coaching and rostering.
• Collaborate with departments to maximise profitability of venues.
• Ensure website bookings are current and functional.
• Manage staff rosters within wage budgets and skills gaps.
• Handle escalations and maintain high guest satisfaction.
