Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, near Uluru. Lead the Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, supervising day-to-day operations, and setting service standards.

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4/5 star environment is required. Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded, with relocation assistance and resort perks included.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4/5 star environment.
• Excellent guest service and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort.

Responsabilités

• Oversee training, development and performance management of front office team.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and standards for the front office.
• Maintain open communication between front desk, concierge and housekeeping to ensure high service levels.
