Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager to lead the front desk team onsite at Yulara, NT. The role requires experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4/5 star environment and focuses on maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction across reception and front office operations.

You will supervise the front office team, ensure service standards, and collaborate with concierge and housekeeping to deliver seamless guest experiences.

• Minimum experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4/5 star environment.
• Oversee training, development and performance management of front office staff.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective front desk and concierge collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training, development and performance management of team members in consultation with Front Office Manager
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and standards to assist the Front Office Manager
• Maintain open communication between front desk, concierge and housekeeping to provide high level customer service
