Job summary

Pasta Deli in Adelaide's eastern suburbs is seeking friendly Front of House Team Members to deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced environment across Glynde, Norwood and Burnside Village locations.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or retail experience, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliability and flexibility to work across multiple locations and shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team.

Established in 1987, Pasta Deli is a family-owned, Italian-inspired business built on quality food, great coffee and genuine customer service.

With multiple locations across Adelaide's eastern suburbs, we pride ourselves on delivering a consistent, welcoming experience for our customers while maintaining a positive, team-focused working environment.

We're looking for friendly, reliable and motivated Front of House Team Members to join our growing team.

We have multiple positions available and are seeking applicants with a range of availability across weekdays, weekends, mornings and afternoons.

The Role

• Delivering friendly, efficient and professional customer service


• Taking customer orders and accurately operating POS systems


• Assisting with food and beverage service


• Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented store areas


• Restocking products and maintaining retail displays


• Working collaboratively with team members during busy service periods


• Consistently upholding Pasta Deli's service, quality and presentation standards

About You

We're looking for people who are enthusiastic, dependable and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service (preferred but not essential)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn


• A genuine interest in food, coffee and hospitalityExcellent presentation, punctuality and reliability


• The ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team


• Availability across weekdays and/or weekends


• Flexibility to work across multiple Pasta Deli locations (highly regarded)
