Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant, pub or premium dining venue.
• A current Victorian RSA Certificate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for food, wine and hospitality.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Wine knowledge or an interest in developing your wine expertise highly regarded.
