Job summary

Albert Park Hotel, part of Morris Hospitality, is seeking Front of House Team Members in Melbourne. You will deliver warm, professional guest experiences and collaborate within a high-performing team.

Develop knowledge of our food, beverage and wine offerings while maintaining exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. Role requires a Victorian RSA certificate, 12 months' hospitality experience, passion for wine and food, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Victorian RSA certificate required or in progress.
• At least 12 months' experience in hospitality, restaurant or bar.
• Genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in Australian and international wines and Asian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional and memorable guest experiences.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
