Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management or senior leadership role.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage service, confident guiding guests and supporting sales.
• Experience rostering, labour management and day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to stay organised during busy services.
• Commitment to guest experience, team culture and high service standards.
• Current NSW RSA and availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and set a warm, professional standard of service.
• Manage, support and develop the team through clear communication, coaching and feedback.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and day-to-day team coordination.
• Prepare and manage rosters in line with business needs and labour targets.
• Monitor sales and service performance and help the team meet venue goals.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine and beverages and guide guests confidently.
