Job summary

Hickinbotham of Dromana is seeking a motivated Restaurant & Front of House Manager to grow our restaurant, winery, brewery and cellar door operations on the Mornington Peninsula. You will take ownership, lead by example and drive staff performance while bringing fresh ideas to move the business forward.

The role involves overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer experience, rostering, stock control and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Current RSA certification required.
• Barista skills and wine/beer knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and cellar door operations.
• Improve customer experience, provide professional service, and drive food and beverage sales.
• Train and develop the front of house team.
• Manage rostering, stock control and ordering.
• Assist with events, promotions and social media.
• Identify opportunities to improve and grow the business.
