Job summary

BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park in Victoria is seeking a customer service superstar for our bubbly reception team. The right candidate will greet guests, take reservations, and help ensure their stay is fun and memorable while delivering friendly coffee and high presentation.

This casual role offers weekend and school holiday work on a rotating roster, with a view to progressing to part-time. Tourism/Accommodation experience and a sales mindset are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Tourism/Accommodation experience looked upon favourably.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Immaculate presentation and sense of humour valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and guest check-in/out processes.

Your role will encompass the whole guest experience from making reservations, welcoming guests to the park and ensuring their stay is jam packed full of outdoor fun to making top notch coffee.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with immaculate presentation and a good sense of humour.

This is a casual position with a view to progress to part time and the role does includeschool holiday and weekend work on a rotating roster.
