Museums Victoria’s IMAX Melbourne venue is seeking a casual Front of House team member to deliver energetic, high-standard customer service. Based at the Melbourne Museum Precinct, you will manage box office, candy bar service, ushering, and help maintain a welcoming venue.

The role requires flexible weekday/evening/weekend availability, strong cash handling and upselling skills, and the ability to work solo or as part of a team.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
• Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with sales and cash handling.
• Must pass Police Records Check/ Working with Children Check and RSA (cost borne by new employees).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of guest experience.
• Operate front-of-house duties: box office, candy bar, ushering.
• Handle ticket sales, phone calls and cash register.
• Upsell and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue.
• Work effectively as part of a team or independently and stay productive under pressure.
