St Albans Hospitality in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house across celebrated dining destinations within The Calile Hotel precinct. The role focuses on ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in a premium, fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop teams, manage reservations and service flow, and collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Formación

• Previous experience as Restaurant Floor Manager or similar leadership role in premium/high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills to motivate diverse teams.
• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain) and full working rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Manage guest experiences, reservations and service flow during each shift.
• Maintain presentation, service standards and attention to detail; coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and drive positive outcomes.
