Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking Front of House team members for Archie Brothers, Hijinx Hotel, Strike Bowling at Rundle Place. Join a seven-day, high-energy environment focused on fun, service, and memorable guest experiences.

Bring energy, customer focus, and a love of hospitality. You will drive sales, work across reception, bar, or events, and help keep venues safe and well-presented. RSA and WWCC are required; weekend/night availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Must be available on weekends and nights.
• RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service mindset.
• Drive sales on every shift through upselling and guest engagement.
• Ensure venue is well-stocked and prepared to impress at all times.
• Be trained in all areas and represent the venue across bar, reception, or events.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
