Job summary

Funlab, the world’s premier creator of competitive socialising experiences, is hiring Front of House team members for Holey Moley in Adelaide CBD. You’ll deliver top-tier guest experiences, drive sales with upselling, and maintain a welcoming venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or retail environments.
• Ability to upsell and drive sales during shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences with high-energy service.
• Drive sales through upselling and product knowledge.
• Maintain a well-stocked, welcoming venue and assist across roles as needed.
• Adhere to safety and compliance procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Be adaptable across front-of-house areas including reception and functions.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
