Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd is hiring Front of House team members for Strike, Holey Moley, Archie Brothers in Maroochydore. You’ll deliver memorable guest experiences, drive sales, and work across venues with a fun-focused, safety-conscious team. RSA and WWCC are required or will be supported to obtain them.

This seven-day operation offers an energetic environment, with weekend and night availability essential. Enjoy Funlab perks and opportunities across multiple brands while delivering outstanding service.

• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
