Job summary

The Glen Hotel Pty in Shenton Park, WA, is seeking two casual Front of House all-rounders to join Wards Central Dining. You will work across counter and floor, greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient service environment.

Morning and afternoon shifts available, with approx 20–30 hours per week. Experience in FOH hospitality is valued; you’ll be reliable, calm under pressure, and a great team player who helps ensure quality, consistent guest

Wards Central Dining is a busy , leading local cafe around excellent food, great coffee and genuine hospitality . We are passionate about people and have an opportunity for a hospitality focused all rounder with experience to join our team on a casual basis.

We’re currently hiring 2 x casual, Front of House all rounders to join us behind the counter and on the floor.

We exist to serve, and we need help doing it.

The Role

This is a hands-on, service-led role working across counter and floor. You’ll be:

Welcoming guests and looking after them throughout their visit

Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and keeping service flowing calmly

Working behind the counter, including POS and payments

Making coffee and beverages (or learning to)

Keeping the venue clean, organised and inviting

Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to create a positive service environment

Casual approx 20 - 30 hours per week

A mix of shifts across the week

Morning shifts from 6:00am and afternoon shifts while the venue is open til 4pm

About You

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality. You might be:

A confident all-rounder who can run counter and floor with ease, or

A motivated learner with some hospitality experience who wants to grow

Experience in FOH hospitality

In both cases, you’ll be:

Friendly, calm and attentive with guests

Reliable, organised and a good team player

Comfortable in a fast-paced but thoughtful service environment
