Job description

We are searching for driven industry professionals to join the team at Cumulus Inc. with opportunities available for section waiters with relevant experience. Work within a diverse, supportive team who share a commitment to quality in food, beverage and service.

Open since 2008, Cumulus Inc. is located in Melbourne’s famous art and fashion precinct, Flinders Lane. Celebrating the historic turn of the century rag trade building in which it is located, the space is a busy social hub offering a seasonal and healthy menu that celebrates the very best in Victorian produce.

Our teams are driven by a desire to provide hospitality in everything we do, by welcoming people into the restaurant as if it were our own home. Our menus share an ethos of quality produce prepared with finesse, showcasing our favourite farmers and producers from around Australia.

Our Melbourne venues include Gimlet, Côte Basque, Apollo Inn, Cutler, Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Marion, Builders Arms Hotel, Meatsmith and Morning Market—with Stokehouse, St Kilda joining the group in October 2026. In Brisbane, you’ll find Supernormal and Bar Miette.
