BASSCARE in Melbourne is seeking a Front House Supervisor with hospitality experience to lead a small team in an aged care setting. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule and predictable hours to support work-life balance.

You will supervise a Food Services Assistant and Personal Care Assistants, deliver exceptional service to residents and families, and foster a positive, collaborative environment while building leadership experience.

This role is ideal for a Senior Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager or experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering great service and creating a positive experience for customers but is ready for a better work-life balance.
