The successful candidate will have a valid loader ticket, HR+ license preferred, and a strong safety record. This full-time position contributes to daily site operations and continuous improvement in material handling and equipment care.

Qualifications

• Valid front-end loader ticket/competency is required.
• Proven experience operating front-end loaders in relevant environments (agriculture, mining, construction).
• Strong commitment to safety and incident-free operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently to move, load and relocate bulk materials.
• Load materials into trucks with precision to prevent overloading or spillage.
• Manage stockpiles and keep areas organized and accessible.
• Assist in site housekeeping, leveling and grading as required.
• Follow SOPs and OHS regulations; participate in pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
• Report defects and monitor equipment health during operation.
