Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders, preferably within construction, quarry or batching plant environments.
• Relevant machinery tickets or statements of attainment.
• High level of situational awareness and strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load raw materials into mixers for concrete batching.
• Perform general manual labouring duties across the facility as required.
• Maintain site cleanliness and environmental compliance, including yard hose-down and debris clearance.
• Work safely in a high-traffic environment around heavy vehicles and staff.
• Conduct pre-start checks on machinery and report maintenance issues.
