Job summary

Ingleburn Sand and Soil is seeking a motivated Front End Loader Operator in NSW to load deliveries, push up material, and assist with yard duties. The role involves operating a front end loader, handling loads up to 20kg, and performing pre-start inspections.

You will maintain quality, follow WHS requirements, and contribute to a safe, organized yard. A valid Front End Loader certification and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Front End Loader Certification.
• Physically fit for a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's Licence history check is required.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front end loader.
• Load and unload in-coming deliveries efficiently and with care.
• Capable of lifting up to 20kg.
• Capable of climbing stairs/ladders/into the loader.
• Assist with yard operations including equipment and machine maintenance, cleaning and organisation.
• Perform pre-start inspections.
• Report hazards and repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain material quality and avoid cross contamination of products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assisting with yard sales
• Complying with WHS, PPE and safety requirements
• Following company policy and procedure
