Job summary

Regional Group Australia is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our Dandenong Concrete Plant, Victoria. You will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to load, move and distribute our materials, ensuring smooth production at the site.

Operate front-end loaders and other machinery to load gravel, soil and raw products, with daily inspections and basic maintenance. Maintain strong safety practices and collaborate with team members and site supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
Valid operator's licence or ticket.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.
Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
Load materials such as gravel, soil, rock, or raw products into trucks or processing equipment.
Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
Follow site safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members and site supervisors to meet production goals.
Record and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
