Qualifications

• Two years' post-admission experience through to Senior Associate in front-end construction and infrastructure within a mid to large firm.
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in construction and infrastructure sector.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach and desire to take ownership of your work.
• For senior candidates, experience supervising junior lawyers and contributing to client development is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction and procurement contracts for developments across Australia.
• Advise on contract administration and project delivery issues throughout the lifecycle of major projects.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to clients on front-end construction and infrastructure matters.
• Collaborate with developers, contractors and project participants to support successful project outcomes.
