Law Staff is representing a premier construction and infrastructure practice in Australia, seeking a Senior Associate to work on front-end construction and major projects for government agencies, developers, contractors and financiers.

The role involves collaboration with Partners and leading practitioners, handling procurement strategies, tender documentation and negotiating construction contracts across diverse sectors such as transport, energy and social infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate with front-end construction or infrastructure experience gained in private practice or in-house.
• Experience advising project owners, principals or contractors and drafting construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on procurement strategies and project delivery models.
• Draft and negotiate standard form and bespoke construction contracts.
• Provide strategic advice across the full project lifecycle in complex matters.
