Job summary

Team Spirit Sports in Kempsey, NSW is seeking a Reception & Retail Sales Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both in-store and over the phone, helping with school uniforms and sportswear purchases.

In this hands-on role you will handle front desk operations, processing sales, and supporting order fulfilment while maintaining a welcoming, well-organised shop environment. Experience in admin or customer service is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and redirect incoming phone calls.
• Greet customers in-store and assist with enquiries and sales.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with picking, packing, dispatching orders.
• Maintain customer files and order records.
• Complete general admin tasks using Word, Excel, and Gmail.
• Keep front desk and retail area clean, organized, and welcoming.
