Job summary

Morayfield Shopping Centre in Queensland is seeking a friendly and professional Casual Receptionist to join our Centre Management team in a job share capacity. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors and community members, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail setting.

As part of the front desk, you will support daily operations, manage inquiries, coordinate contractor sign-ins, mobility equipment hires, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and managing front-desk and phone enquiries.
• Liaising with retailers, contractors, and members of the public.
• Coordinating contractor sign-ins, insurance docs, and maintenance records.
• Managing the hire of mobility equipment (wheelchairs and scooters).
• Maintaining records and databases.
• Handling mail distribution, stationery orders, and general office upkeep.
• Assisting with key control, PA announcements, and two-way radio communication.
• Supporting out-of-hours contractor and tenant coordination as required.
• Selling gift cards and assisting with retailer communications.
