Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a capable Leader to head the fresh produce department across a busy store in New South Wales. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day operations, ensure the department is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and aligned with Coles standards.

You’ll build a high-performing team, manage rostering, stock control and waste, and drive a one-team culture that prioritises health, safety and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a busy retail setting.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to hit sales and rostering targets.
• Capable of maintaining store standards, stock rotation, and waste control.
• Momentum to drive a one-team culture prioritising safety and wellbeing.
• Able to energise the team and deliver with pride.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and shopping experiences.
