Due Cucina is seeking a part-time counter server at our Redmond location to provide top-notch guest service and concise pasta-focused experiences. You will learn the menu, guide customers through their Due experience, and coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old; alcohol service required.
• Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit required or willing to obtain.
• Able to stand for 8 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Restaurant customer service experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers, explain menu and Due experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks with responsible alcohol service.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers for timely orders.
• Maintain dining area and pasta lab cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory and menu knowledge for guests.
• Adhere to Covid-19 precautions and safety protocols.
• Support BOH and front-of-house teams as needed.
• Uphold company values and provide friendly service.
