Job summary

Centurion is seeking a hands-on Logistics Administrator in Western Australia. The role blends freight administration, data processing in a WMS/SAP environment, and hands-on warehouse tasks. You will process high volumes of data, maintain stock records and support daily operations, with forklift duties as required.

Ideal candidates have freight/warehouse admin experience, strong data entry skills, and a forklift licence. This is a full-time, Mon-Fri position with a stable day shift (10:00–18:06).

Qualifications

• Experience in freight and warehouse administration or inventory control.
• WMS experience; SAP experience highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Forklift licence and ability to operate High Reach truck is an advantage.
• Commitment to safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, inventory and warehouse data accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Use WMS/SAP to complete transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Enter, verify and reconcile data; resolve discrepancies and inventory issues.
• Maintain records and complete admin tasks within deadlines.
• Support daily freight and warehouse operations through system processing.
• Operate forklift/High Reach truck to relocate stock and assist with loading/unloading.
