Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian-owned freight and logistics business to recruit a Client Support Representative. You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries from first contact through to resolution and providing a high level of service.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, the role offers a strong career path within a growing freight and logistics team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or related roles in admin support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for existing customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate freight requests and customer requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track orders and provide customers with updates.
• Resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Assist with quotes, bookings and general account enquiries.
• Support new customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate customer and CRM records.
• Ensure customer requests are followed through from start to finish.
• Provide practical and timely solutions to customer queries.
