Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in NSW, Alexandria, seeks an experienced Operational Finance Operator to manage AR invoicing and AP processing within the NSW branch. You will raise invoices, validate charges, and handle intercompany billing while supporting global deadlines.

You will work with cargo, freight forward processes and MS Office, bringing attention to detail and process discipline to ensure accuracy and timely financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Understanding revenue, costs and profit with accurate invoicing to customers.
• Attention to detail and a passion for efficient, compliant processes.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding principles and operational finance.

Responsibilities

• Raise AR invoices for customers and overseas offices.
• Auto-rate and validate charges prior to invoicing.
• Process AP invoices from service providers.
• Process intercompany invoices per global deadlines.
• Finalize profit share as per global agreements.
• Manage emails to ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
