Job summary

SCT Logistics is Australia’s largest privately owned rail and freight logistics company, delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions across road, rail, and warehousing. We operate a national intermodal network with diverse services in cold and ambient storage and specialised freight handling.

The successful candidate will join a team focused on safety, service, and sustainability, working in a day-shift program from 7:00am to 3:00pm with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Certificate IV – Business Administration or Transport & Logistics or equivalent.
• Transport industry working knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse and rail transport industries.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience in a freight scanning environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and Fleet Controllers to monitor freight arrivals into VIC Depot.
• Plan and communicate for late arrivals and disruptions.
• Ensure efficiency by accessing information available in SAP.
• Label inwards and outwards goods accurately.
• Monitor and analyse data to maintain system integrity.
• Complete all required reports within deadlines.
• LF forklift license would be advantageous.
